About atopic dermatitis

Atopic dermatitis, often called eczema, is a chronic condition that leaves skin dry, red, itchy, and inflamed. It tends to flare up in cycles and commonly appears on the hands, elbows, knees, and face, though it can show up anywhere. It is most common in children but can affect any age, and scratching usually makes the irritation worse.

The Centre for Clinical Trials is located at 100-1344 Cornwall Rd, Oakville. For general information, contact us at 905-842-2525 or clinicaltrials@oakvilleskin.com.
